Spices:

  • Salt
  • Curry
  • Peppercorn Melange
  • Chaat Masala
  • Red Pepper flakes
  • Paprika
  • Cayenne
  • Ginger
  • Cardamom

Sauces

  • Coconut Milk (1 full can)
  • Fish sauce
  • “Toum” garlic sauce
  • Water
  • Corn starch (mixed with water before going in)

Meat + Veggie

  • Egg (3)
  • Onion
  • Broccoli
  • Asparagus
  • Carrot
  • Pork Chop (leftovers)

Method:

  1. In big pot, scramble egg
  2. Add onion then other veggies, saute and spice until cooked (add meat)
  3. Add fish sauce, stir, then coconut milk, water with corn starch, and season to taste.
  4. Done when it is thick and creamy and tastes like spicey delicious curry.

Serve on plate over ball of rice (from small bowl). Heat plate to keep warm. Serve and enjoy!
